They are now seeking a motivated Practice Success Manager to oversee customer account management and will be central to driving treatment volumes and consumable purchases while meeting company objectives. The PSM will work remotely, equipped to develop relationships and implement strategic initiatives aimed at achieving sales quotas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Achievement: Drive and achieve sales targets while managing existing accounts and developing new customer relationships within the territory.
  • Training and Support: Provide effective training, product demonstrations, and presentations to customers, ensuring they understand product applications and usage.
  • Customer Education: Inform customers on product safety, efficacy, and competitive advantages, aligning our solutions with their clinical needs.
  • Administrative Management: Maintain accurate business plans, forecasts, and account profiles; utilise CRM tools to support sales activities and reporting.
  • Travel and Representation: Engage with clients and represent the company at industry events, with regular travel to establish strong relationships and promote products effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA or BSc) or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of proven success in sales of medical products or services, with a preference for experience in the plastic surgery and dermatology fields.
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with excellent organisational skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively as required.
