Our client is an ambitious and innovative start-up, focusing on revolutionising the aesthetics industry by prioritising the consumer and optimising communication and connection between the clinic and the consumer. Their innovative platform has established a new benchmark for informed aesthetic decisions, allowing consumers to confidently navigate their aesthetic journey from the outset.

They are seeking a passionate Growth and Development Executive to lead the expansion and success of their clinic partners. Implementing strategies to enhance clinic performance, leveraging data analytics for informed decision-making. We are looking for candidates who excel in relationship building, technical implementations and providing comprehensive support to guarantee success within the clinic partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinic Growth Strategy – develop and implement effective strategies to enhance clinic performance.
• Clinic Onboarding and Support – guide new clinics through the onboarding process, smoothly integrating the platform. Providing ongoing technical support and optimising clinic operations.
• Training and Education – conduct comprehensive training sessions for clinics, ensuring they leverage the technology to enhance patient experience.

To be considered for the role, you must closely match the following job profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in account management, clinic management, or a similar role within the aesthetics, dental, veterinary or similar industries.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and train others on software platforms.
• Business Orientated mindset with a true consultative approach.
• Fluent in English and Swedish.
