Our client is an innovative leader in the aesthetics industry, committed to enhancing clinical practices through superior technology and customer-focused solutions. Our mission is to empower healthcare providers with state-of-the-art products that elevate patient care and satisfaction.

They are now seeking an accomplished Area Sales Manager to drive capital equipment sales and establish new customer accounts. This role encompasses close collaboration with the Practice Success Manager to ensure seamless product integration and exceptional ongoing support for our valued customers. The position is remote and requires significant travel across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Successfully achieved sales quotas and objectives by managing all aspects of the capital sales process, from prospecting to installation and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong business relationships with key accounts, ensuring integration of new technologies into practices and ongoing customer support.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive business plans that align with sales goals, utilising CRM tools to manage leads, sales pipeline, and forecasts.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay current with industry trends and competitive products, participating in trade shows and meetings to represent the company and its offerings.
  • Administrative Duties: Complete necessary administrative functions, including updating account profiles, managing expense reports, and maintaining accurate sales documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (BA. or BSc) or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of successful experience in capital sales, particularly in private pay procedures with a consumable component; aesthetic industry experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building enduring customer relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, organisational, and leadership skills; adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record; personal vehicle required for company business.
