Our client is one of the UK's fastest-growing medical-grade skincare brands, known for their innovative, science-based, medical-grade products. With over 100 years of combined experience, they offer customisable products and exceptional client support to ensure top-quality experiences for patients.
They are looking for an Account Manager to join their team on a 9-month maternity contract.
In this role, you will manage a defined territory, increasing product usage as well as driving new business. Through effective account management you will continue to nurture, strategic partnerships with accounts that focus on revenue growth and customer retention.
Key responsibilities:
• Actively segment the defined account base with a focus on identifying opportunities for future growth within existing accounts aligned to the company's sales strategy.
• Set individual objectives for customer interactions including visit frequency, remote event attendance and education consumption based on defined segmentation criteria.
• Record all customer activity aligned to plans within the CRM system in a timely and accurate manner.
• Regularly report on growth and activity metrics to the Regional Manager, identifying opportunities for improved efficiency in territory management and best practice examples for the benefit of the wider team.
• Monitor and analyse data trends across the account base monthly to create accurate future forecasts for territory performance and pipeline activities.
• Build accurate sales forecasts at a customer level based on shared business plans.
• Play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for actively prospecting, building relationships, and closing sales.
• Identify and target potential clients through various prospecting methods, including cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas regularly by consistently closing sales and generating revenue.

• Experience of working with a CRM system.
• Demonstratable experience working with a proven sales methodology.
• Understanding of the aesthetics industry.
